Who we are

Creations by Candi is a home-based custom journal and stationery business based in Ravenna, Ohio (Portage County). For privacy questions, contact [email protected] or text (330) 842-3230.

Information you provide

The creative brief asks for your name, email, selected design, item or package, and quantity. You may provide a phone number, shipping address, personalization, colors, and notes. Phone and address fields are optional; leave your address blank until shipping is needed if you prefer. We also receive information you choose to send by email or text. Do not include passwords, card details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information.

How information is used

We use your details to reply, confirm your design and price, arrange production and delivery, resolve order issues, and maintain necessary business records. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Services involved

When you submit the form, its contents are sent to FormSubmit for delivery to Candi’s Hotmail inbox. FormSubmit and the email provider process information to provide their services. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, and browser details for delivery and security. Where shipping is arranged, necessary delivery information is shared with the carrier. We do not sell personal information submitted through this form. Payment and text links

Payments through Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle take place with the selected payment provider, not this form. The text button opens your messaging app; it is not embedded live chat. Those services handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. This website does not collect payment credentials.

Cookies and browser features

The current shop code does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or nonessential cookies. Hosting and external services may use their own security or service technologies. Browsers may remember entries according to your settings. A copied or downloaded request remains on your device or clipboard under your control.

Retention and your choices

Requests and correspondence are kept in Candi’s email or business records as needed to handle orders, resolve issues, and meet recordkeeping obligations. You may request access, a correction, or deletion by contacting Candi. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, or transaction purposes, and service providers control their own retention. This policy does not promise immediate removal from every backup or third-party system.

Updates

This notice describes the current shop and order process and will be updated if that process changes. Last updated: October 10, 2026.

Custom artwork and proof responses

Optional customer reference images are stored privately in Cloudflare D1 and viewed by approved shop editors. Public catalog images use separate storage records. Images may be resized into web previews; retain your originals. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies public uploads and receives technical browser/network information. Order emails contain artwork reference IDs rather than public image links.

Proof links are private bearer links: anyone who has the link can view and respond. Responses record the proof version, entered name, decision, comments, and timestamp; identity is not independently verified. New proof versions replace old links. Links expire after 14 days.

Routine cleanup removes customer reference images after 30 days, proof images after 90 days, and proof-response records after one year. Records may remain until cleanup is run; backups and order correspondence may be retained separately for business records. Contact Candi to request removal. Do not upload sensitive personal documents.
