Ordering Terms
A clear path from idea to order.
A request comes first
Submitting a creative brief is an inquiry, not a confirmed purchase. Candi will reply to confirm availability, design, contents, personalization, timing, delivery arrangements, and the itemized final total. Do not pay until you have received and agreed to that confirmation.
Design and personalization approval
Catalog artwork and finished-package photos are examples. Screen and printed colors can differ. Contents and presentation must be confirmed for your order. Review spelling, names, quantities, and any proof Candi supplies before approving production. Changes after approval or production begins may require a revised quote, which must be agreed before a change is charged.
Prices, tax, and delivery
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping. Form calculations show only an item subtotal. Candi confirms tax, delivery, and any agreed customization charges before payment. A price or availability error will be corrected for your approval before the order is confirmed.
Payment and production
Please wait for Candi’s confirmed total before paying.
Production begins once payment and design approval are received, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. The form does not process or verify payments. Confirm the recipient and amount with Candi.
Timing and delivery
Destinations, delivery charges, pickup arrangements, and production estimates are agreed per order. See Shipping & Pickup. Contact Candi before paying if you need an item for a specific date; submitting a request does not reserve a delivery date.
Returns and cancellations
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind once production begins. Unused, non-personalized standard items have a 14-day return-request window after delivery or pickup. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are handled separately. Read Returns & Refunds for conditions and instructions.
Privacy and customer rights

Updates
Last updated: October 10, 2026. Future changes apply to future orders; the terms agreed when your order is confirmed govern that order.
Custom artwork and proof approval
Share only artwork you have permission to provide for your requested use. Candi reviews feasibility before confirming an order. For custom designs, review the exact proof version, spelling, personalization and layout before approving production. Choose Request changes if revisions are needed. A new proof version requires a new response. Proof approval does not verify payment or replace Candi’s confirmation of contents, final total and timing.
Additional enabled payment options may include PayPal, Cash App and Zelle. Verify the recipient and confirmed amount before paying. Website links do not confirm that funds were received. Etsy-linked purchases are completed and managed on Etsy under the terms shown there.
